Job DescriptionAs a Financial Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Maintaining General Ledger – Recording, classifying, and summarizing financial transactions in general ledger accounts.
- Ensuring Accuracy & Compliance – Verifying financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Reconciling Accounts – Conducting regular reconciliations of general ledger accounts to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
- Asset Management – Managing fixed assets, including acquisitions, disposals, depreciation, and impairment.
- Audit Support – Assisting with internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 1-2 years of experience in a multinational company, ideally within the General Ledger or Fixed Assets department.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Comprehensive understanding of core General Ledger and Fixed Asset processes.
- Experience with SAP, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
