About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Refrigeration Supervisor to join our team in the Munster & Leinster area. As a key member of our UK&I Service team, you will be responsible for delivering innovative maintenance and service solutions to our customers across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide site surveys, records, and reports to aid quoting of new or replacement equipment.
  • Complete servicing, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of HVACR equipment and preventative maintenance of various types of HVACR systems.
  • Act as the primary contact for all technical service issues and resolve complex systems within a set timeframe.
  • Provide technical coaching to team members and coordinate their on-site work activity.
Requirements
  • At least 10 years' experience within the Industrial Refrigeration industry.
  • F-GAS 2079 Card, Safe Pass Card, and Manual Handling Certificate.
  • Relevant qualifications and certificates (City & Guilds).
  • Clean EU Driving License.
  • Ability to speak fluent English.
  • Qualified to a minimum of NVQ II.
  • Previous experience within commissioning, service, repair, and maintenance.
  • Ammonia experience is a distinct advantage.
