Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HCM Consultant with a strong background in configuration expertise to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will work closely with clients to deliver high-quality solutions that meet their business needs.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful implementation of our Workday solutions through your expertise in product configuration operating within geographically distributed project and customer teams. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills as a Workstream Lead on customer projects, delivering product solutions to real-life business challenges.

You will master Workday HCM product configuration knowledge within assigned areas, understand our Implementation Methodology, and use it on all customer engagements to perform the following:

  • Understand customer business objectives and value drivers
  • Be accountable for the configuration of the Workday solution including documenting and assigning parts of work to others
  • Conduct meaningful knowledge transfers and assist in testing cycles
  • Be accountable to deploy the configuration in a live environment

You will also work with customers and Data Conversion Consulting teams to convert legacy data into Workday and collaborate with Integration Consulting teams to gather and specify requirements for integrations between Workday and other systems.

In addition, you will share knowledge and experience with fellow team members as a coach or mentor.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of functional consulting delivery experience in HCM software implementation working with platforms such as Workday or similar; preferably for pan-European and global customers
  • Able to drive conversations with stakeholders about business challenges and recommend configuration solutions to support objectives and value realization for and in the business processes of Recruit-to-Onboard, Talent Acquisition and Development, or Reward
  • Fluent English (written and verbal)
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
