The Fund Accounting Analyst plays a crucial role in the Operations - Transaction Services team at 11101 Citibank Europe plc Poland. This intermediate-level position involves participating in various fund valuation activities, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial activities, and assisting in the calculation of daily and periodic Net Asset Valuations (NAVs) for funds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and review work activities to guarantee the accuracy and timeliness of funds activities.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements, tax reporting, and regulatory filings.
  • Serve as the Senior Checker for complex tasks.
  • Review aging break items and breaks over a certain dollar threshold.
  • Track delivery for assigned clients.
  • Collaborate with the team manager on audit queries, client queries, and risk-related items.
  • Act as a backup to the team coordinator or manager.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in fund administration, change management, and/or project management.
  • Knowledge of financial operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applications.
