Job DescriptionWe're seeking a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in .NET to drive the development and enhancement of innovative digital solutions within a full-stack environment at ABAX Poland.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with colleagues in Poland, Norway, and external partners, working in a fully agile setting to ensure continuous alignment with peers across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Implement new product requirements, ensuring they fit into the existing software design or propose necessary changes for compatibility.
- Work closely with the Product Manager to find the most useful solution for customers and market needs.
- Develop lightweight and cloud-ready solutions for SaaS offerings, collaborating with teams and assigned engineers and architects.
- Deliver and perform code reviews of other developers' code, providing constructive feedback on improvements and challenges.
- Test and automate testing of produced code to quality assure code, components, and end-user experience.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A strong educational foundation, preferably with an MSc in Software Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of a BSc degree.
- Over 5 years of experience in C# development, particularly focused on .NET Core.
- Practical experience working with distributed software architecture and messaging technologies like RabbitMQ and Kafka.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, including REST-based ones and GRPC.
- Practical experience with BDD, TDD, CQRS, Event Sourcing, and especially DDD.
- Practical experience with frontend technologies like Vue, TypeScript, Angular, and React is a plus.
- Practical experience with a wide range of storage technologies from EventStore and MongoDB to SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
- A DevOps mindset capable of handling automation and build maintenance aiming for continuous delivery and deployment using Docker, Kubernetes, GCP, AWS.
- Experience working in an agile development environment with Kanban and/or Scrum.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
