OT Cyber Security Project Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Project Manager to join our team in Wrocław, Poland. As a key member of our international team, you will be responsible for supporting OT Security in all aspects of project management, including planning, scheduling, tracking progress, and implementing new solutions in production.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project management tools and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and maintaining project documentation
- Manage project budgets and resources, including tracking expenditure and ensuring budget constraints are met
- Work with team members to identify and resolve project risks and issues
- Assist our department with initiatives that will increase our agility, innovation power, and team
Your Skills and Strengths
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
- At least 3-4 years of experience in classical and agile project management or a related field
- Knowledge of operational technologies and their application in production
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, etc.
- English skills (min B2)
- Soft skills such as time management, multitasking, ability to prioritize tasks, communication skills, openness, willingness to work in a team, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, responsibility, and analytical thinking
