Manufacturing Executive

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Executive to join our team at Spondeo, a leading brick facade company in Poland.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production and delivery. They will develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.

This role involves:

• Developing and implementing operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency, reducing costs and increasing productivity
• Managing supply chain and logistics processes
• Team management - Hiring, training, and mentoring operational staff
• Monitoring budgets and expenditures, ensuring cost-optimised resource allocation, collaborating with finance teams
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Customer relations and quality assurance - Working closely with main markets and commercial teams

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• Minimum 5 years in operations management, preferably in the construction or building materials industry
• Experience gained in manufacturing companies
• Proven experience working with ERP systems
• Charismatic leadership skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
