We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Collection Controller to join our Finance Department in Stargard. As a key member of the Oder to Cash Team, you will be responsible for managing incoming payments, supporting customers with payment-related issues, performing debtor reconciliation, and handling the dunning process.
Key Responsibilities- Manage incoming payments and resolve payment-related issues with customers
- Perform debtor reconciliation and handle the dunning process
- Clarify ambiguities and discrepancies with customers and internal contacts
- Work closely with the Finance Manager, O2C to ensure smooth operations
- Education in economics, finance, or a related field
- Native fluency in German and intermediate level in English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
