The GenAI Innovation Hub plays a critical role in supporting our digital transformation endeavors by developing advanced technologies and solutions that enhance our operations and growth.

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative leader to oversee the day-to-day operations within the GenAI Innovation Hub. This role is crucial in managing the intake process for new ideas and use cases from various Business Units, ensuring they are thoroughly vetted, evaluated, and prioritized based on value creation and cost. The ideal candidate will also manage the financial aspects of the Hub, working closely with the finance team to oversee budget and costs.

Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain an Intake framework to ensure continuous discovery and evaluation of GenAI use cases
  • Establish metrics and OKRs to measure the success and impact of the Intake process
  • Define the Prioritization framework to evaluate potential use cases based on business value, feasibility, and implementation complexity
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define use cases, and ensure solutions meet their needs
  • Facilitate the intake process, ensuring it culminates in an investment decision made by key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Technical Leadership, and other members of the GenAI Innovation Hub to promote collaboration and outcome-focused delivery
  • Track project finances and ensure alignment with allocated resources
  • Prepare and present financial reports to relevant stakeholders

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, with experience in managing innovation processes, particularly within a Technology context. A track record in delivering results and achieving outcomes is essential, as well as strong financial management skills. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are required, along with the ability to create and implement frameworks and processes that drive innovation and efficiency.
