### Job Description

#### Social Media Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to lead our EU social media efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, and be able to develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy.

#### Key Responsibilities

- Manage and expand our presence on social media platforms
- Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with our business goals
- Create engaging content that resonates with our target audience
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize our strategy
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency across all marketing channels

#### Requirements

- 4+ years of experience in social media marketing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Excellent content creation and curation skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics
- Strong communication and project management skills
