About the Role:

Ciklum is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Architect to lead our technology strategy and deliver high-quality technology platforms. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in defining and executing our technology strategy, overseeing the development and delivery of cutting-edge solutions, and fostering a culture of excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop technical strategies that underpin the Future State Architecture
  • Optimize the portfolio of infrastructure services for operational improvement and cost efficiencies
  • Manage relationships with IT Architecture, IT Infrastructure Delivery, and Application Development teams to ensure alignment and collaboration
  • Deliver comprehensive technical infrastructure designs that meet Non-Functional Requirements
  • Assess the impact on interconnected services and systems, validate deployment and support models, and offer technical counsel for system components

Requirements:

  • Cloud Technologies: Working knowledge of cloud technologies, including AWS, GCP, and Azure
  • Container Technologies: Working knowledge of container technologies (Docker and Kubernetes)
  • Database Management: Knowledgeable in databases including Oracle RAC, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
  • Programming Languages: Familiar with Java/Java GUI, XML/XSLT, HTML/JavaScript, and Infrastructure as Code
  • Technical Passion: Stay abreast of developments in the DevOps PaaS/IaaS landscape and proactively incorporate innovations to yield tangible benefits
  • Technical Governance: Experience providing technical governance over products using frameworks such as the Technical Reference Model (TRM)
  • Business Effectiveness: Proven track record of implementing significant changes that enhance business effectiveness sustainably
