About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Software Engineer to join our GenAI Solutions Delivery team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of high-quality software products and features based on GenAI technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the timely and successful delivery of software services, focusing on adaptability and solution-oriented approaches to meet dynamic project needs.
  • Lead the development and integration of GenAI components, demonstrating an ability to quickly assimilate new technologies and apply them effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of services into our product ecosystem.
  • Regularly review and enhance our service offerings, keeping pace with industry advancements and ensuring alignment with project requirements.
  • Mentor and guide engineering teams, cultivating a culture of resilience and rapid skill acquisition in the face of evolving project landscapes.
  • Stay informed about the latest GenAI technologies and approaches, assessing their relevance to enhance our services and your own professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of software development experience, with a strong background in project leadership and delivery in uncertain environments.
  • Proficiency in several programming languages and a readiness to learn and apply frameworks related to AI development.
  • A history of producing scalable, adaptable software solutions and a commitment to excellence in a fast-paced industry.
  • Deep understanding of software engineering principles and a track record of applying best practices to project work.
  • Demonstrated capability to lead and complete complex software projects successfully, particularly in challenging and dynamic contexts.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical ideas to a varied audience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Understanding of Generative AI concepts and experience applying them.
  • Experience with cloud-native development and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Participation in the broader technology community, showing a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
