Job Title: Lead Fullstack Engineer

At GPC Global Technology Center, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Fullstack Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the development of complex software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving innovation in our technology stack.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of highly reusable.Net and JavaScript/Angular code.
  • Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate UI components with APIs and databases.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in assigned business and technical domains, with a deep understanding of business and system processes, interrelationships, dependencies, and interactions among system components.
  • Design and implement automated testing procedures for the frontend to catch regressions and issues early in the development process.
  • Guide and act as a resource to other engineers on the team.
  • Ensure that web applications are optimized for speed and performance, minimizing page load times, reducing HTTP requests, and implementing other performance-enhancing techniques.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years' experience working in software development.
  • 5+ years of experience in leading technology teams.
  • 10+ years working in complex eCommerce organizations.
  • A proven track record of building technology development teams is a must.
  • Experience working across multiple time zones.
  • A broad understanding of IT principles, frameworks, and methodologies, including TOGAF, Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and ITIL, with extensive experience planning and managing complex technology projects utilizing these methodologies.
  • A comprehensive understanding of cloud technologies, Azure is a must.
  • Proficient in DevOps practices.
  • Experience across Javascript and Angular frontend technologies.
  • Experience within.Net technologies.

  • Strong leadership capability demonstrated through previous experience leading IT teams, where you have motivated and cultivated a team of professionals.
