Job Description
As a Technical Product Manager, you will bridge the gap between commercial goals, business needs, customer expectations, and technical engineering execution. Collaborating closely with engineers, data scientists, and internal stakeholders, you will build high-performing solutions to support our demand side platform (DSP).

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Defining and prioritizing the product roadmap for the demand side platform, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Collaborating with engineers to design scalable systems, optimize OpenRTB performance, and integrate identity resolution solutions.
  • Using analytics and user data to inform product iterations, drive monetization strategies, and improve ad targeting capabilities.
  • Communicating roadmap delivery milestones and updates to executives, sales, and marketing teams, ensuring alignment on goals and deliverables.
  • Staying ahead of industry trends such as privacy regulations, cookie deprecation, and advancements in contextual targeting and AI-driven solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Product Manager or Product Manager in the ad tech or digital media space (SSP, DSP, programmatic platforms).
  • Technical expertise in OpenRTB, programmatic buying, ad serving, UX/UI design, real-time system design.
  • An analytical mindset, with experience working with data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Looker, BigQuery) to derive insights and inform product decisions.
  • Project management skills, with proficiency in Agile/Scrum frameworks and experience managing cross-functional development teams.
  • Industry knowledge of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), identity solutions, and emerging trends like AI-powered ad targeting.
  • Soft skills, including exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
