Job Description

Ours is an international production company with a long history of success. Our team is comprised of experts from various fields, united by a shared goal: to deliver top-notch products and services to our clients.

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our ranks. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing valuable financial insights to support our manufacturing leaders in their decision-making processes.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a proactive business partner to our manufacturing leaders, providing timely and actionable financial data to inform their decisions.
  • Deep diving into financial performance of our manufacturing sites, identifying areas for process improvement and global opportunities for optimization.
  • Supporting annual operating planning and monthly forecasting processes, ensuring all inputs and assumptions are clearly documented and deadlines are effectively met.

You will also be responsible for performing month-end and quarter-end activities, including assigned SOX controls, verifying and reporting local and global saving initiatives, and validating forecasted vs. actual savings.

In addition, you will be tasked with forecasting, controlling, and reporting capital expenditure, as well as verifying business cases for new Capex requests. Your expertise will be essential in supporting our monthly actual reporting process, preparing financial reports, and KPIs.

We require a highly skilled professional with at least 6 years of experience in FP&A or Controlling, preferably within the manufacturing industry. A minimum of a BS in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent is required. Fluency in Polish and English (verbal and written) is essential.
