As a Recruitment Specialist at TMF Group, you will play a pivotal role in the Talent Acquisition Team, partnering with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR business partners to drive recruitment operations. Your primary objective will be to provide a high-quality recruitment experience for managers and candidates, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness in the process.
With opportunities for remote/hybrid work and occasional visits to the Katowice office, this role caters to those in the region. You will have the chance to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, leveraging your expertise to attract top talent and build strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Working closely with hiring managers to understand candidate profiles and hiring needs
- Participating in the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, CV screening, interviewing, reporting, and post-process follow-ups
- Managing job postings, applicant tracking, and workflow through ATS
- Regularly communicating with stakeholders/Hiring Managers on recruitment progress and market trends
- Establishing consultative relationships with Hiring Managers to meet recruitment needs
- Utilizing advanced search techniques, networks, and systems to identify suitable candidates
- Nurturing passive talent pools with relevant skills for specific business units, staying informed about market trends and analysis
- Ensuring accurate ATS data integrity
- Driving referral programs for target markets
- Collaborating cross-functionally with multiple countries and teams
