RequirementsTo be considered for this Aerospace Project Manager position, you must have:
- Experience in project and aerospace management, production planning, quality, or operations.
- Customer-facing experience with strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes (Forging, Casting, Assembly, Machining) and Lean methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional collaboration.
- Involvement in HR activities, such as team development, performance management, and resource planning.
- The ability to work independently or as part of a team and travel as needed.
Prior aerospace industry experience is preferred, but not required.
