About the Role:

Purchasing specialists play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of supply chain management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels and proactively detecting potential issues within the supply chain. Your primary objective will be to maintain effective relationships with suppliers, providing high-level issue resolution and communication throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, focusing on timely issue resolution
  • Lead sourcing initiatives, negotiating strategies, and cost-saving opportunities within the supply chain
  • Monitor stock levels and submit purchase orders to vendors, ensuring timely delivery
  • Maintain up-to-date MRP vendor and component data, facilitating efficient operations
Requirements:
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide timely results
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to drive negotiations and communicate fluently throughout the organization
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, as well as proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools
  • Ability to present coordination skills and moderate communication flow wherever needed
