Job Summary:
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Developer to join our Payments Team at Nord Security. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data solutions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the product team to understand Nordsec Payments' objectives and processes through data analysis.
  • Design key metrics to measure the performance of new and existing features in the payment platform.
  • Develop scalable data structures, including table creation, reporting, and data visualizations, to meet the needs and targets of the team.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify root causes, uncover interdependencies, forecast trends, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Create standardized and ad hoc reports on critical KPIs and areas requiring attention.
  • Present analysis and insights to the team and stakeholders using clear graphical representations and data visualizations.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a Data Analytics role.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expert knowledge in extracting, manipulating, and analyzing complex data SQL.
  • Demonstrated expertise in communicating insights, streamlining reporting processes, and utilizing tools for data visualization.
  • Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce or SaaS environments is preferred.
  • Background or experience in the payments domain is a plus.
