Role Overview

We seek an experienced Senior IT Support Specialist for our Business Solutions – Digital & Automation team. As a key member, you will ensure smooth application operations, support project activities, and provide maintenance services to users or service delivery functions. Your Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting multiple applications in your portfolio and ensuring their stable operation
  • Assuming internal product responsibility for IT products or product groups
  • Maintaining compliance with required IT and risk controls
  • Ensuring secure maintenance of OpenText products (SAP and NON-SAP)
  • Collaborating with Product Managers to manage and prioritize the backlog using agile methodologies
  • Supporting Product Managers in controlling and monitoring external providers regarding incidents and change management
  • Advising business departments and IT colleagues on service offerings
  • Collaborating in transition projects and the further development of services
  • Creating and maintaining procedures for processes and documentation around knowledge management, compliance regulations, and vulnerability remediation

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Fluency in English
  • At least 5 years of experience in a fast-paced, global business environment
  • Strong understanding of technology and ability to articulate customer problems and solutions
  • Experience with ITIL processes to collaborate with infrastructure, operation, development, and technical architecture
  • Knowledge of Content Management solutions, including OpenText Content Server
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and proven quality orientation
  • Planning, coordination, and organizational skills to ensure smooth application support processes

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of OpenText SAP solutions like ArchiveLink, DokuLink, and xECM-Link
  • Technical knowledge of OpenText WebReports, SQL, Oscript, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, .Net, Perl
  • Experience with agile project methodologies and DevOps processes and tools
  • Domain knowledge in investment management
