We are looking for a skilled and motivated CFO to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing financial strategies to drive business growth.
  • Leading and motivating a team of finance professionals.
  • Managing cash flow, investments, insurance, budgeting, financial reporting, financial and operational controlling, accounting, and taxation.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in finance or a related field.
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in Polish an advantage.
  • Background in retail, with experience in strategy and business management.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
