Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement welding technologies to meet customer requirements and industry standards.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize welding processes.
  3. Ensure compliance with quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
  4. Conduct assessments of weldability, suitability of subcontractors, and causes of nonconformities.
  5. Participate in determining qualification procedures for bonding processes and documentation.

Requirements:
