About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Setup and Onboarding Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring seamless integration with our systems, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Tasks

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Configuring and maintaining customer accounts efficiently.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and customers to address setup requirements and provide support.
  • Accountable for the account setup process and contributing to ongoing improvements.
  • Troubleshooting setup errors and implementing effective solutions.
  • Meeting established SLAs and managing assigned cases to timely completion.
  • Proactively identifying potential issues and developing solutions to mitigate customer impact.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.
  • Participating in small projects and performing necessary tasks to drive growth and improvement.
Advanced Requirements
  • Leveraging expertise to lead or participate in complex account setups for high-profile customers.
  • Serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in account setup for various internal requestors.
  • Creating and updating training documentation and reviewing other materials for accuracy.
  • Training and mentoring team members on various levels of setup, products, and platforms.
  • Developing and submitting IT project requests and collaborating with the IT/Development team.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of HireRight Systems and their applications.
  • A minimum of two years related experience.
  • Excellent business communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
