The Role

We are seeking an experienced Shopify Developer to drive the growth and improvement of our e-commerce store.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Shopify's core functionalities and be proficient in coding languages such as Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Tailwind.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement Figma designs and Shopify Liquid templates to enhance the user experience.
  • Write high-quality JavaScript code to power custom functionality and improve performance.
  • Collaborate with the team to continually improve the existing codebase, adopting best practices and new technologies whenever possible.
  • Participate in peer reviews, providing constructive feedback and guidance to ensure high-quality code.
  • Engage in pair programming with other developers to address challenges and share knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, advising the team on suitable implementations.
Requirements
  • Proven expertise in Shopify Theme Development (Liquid, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, Tailwind).
  • Experience in implementing designs from Figma and creating visually appealing interfaces.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing live Shopify stores or Shopify Theme Store Themes.
  • Understanding and experience in implementing SEO and Performance best practices.
  • Familiarity with modern development practices and tools, with a commitment to continuous learning.
