We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to support our Cluster Supply Chain team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Capture Order: Receive standard order details from sales and capture order in the system.
  • Change Order: Update order changes in the system and confirm order quantity with supply planning.

The Customer Service Coordinator will also be responsible for optimizing logistics, managing returns, and coordinating between call centers and departments.

Qualifications
  • University degree.
  • Proficiency in English and German.
  • Previous experience in customer order management is an asset.
