In this role, you will be responsible for leading pre-sales activities, developing and implementing agile project management methodologies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. If you have a strong technical background and a proven track record in project management, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead pre-sales activities, including conducting client interviews, defining statements of work, and creating project estimates.
  • Develop and implement agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business objectives and proposed technology solutions.


Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of experience in project management or a similar role, including leadership positions, preferably with a technical background.
  • Strong knowledge of agile project management methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and the ability to flexibly adapt practices to specific needs.
  • Ability to conduct both technical and business discussions with clients, ensuring alignment between their business objectives and proposed technology solutions.
  • Excellent planning and time management skills, enabling effective execution of both team and individual tasks.
  • Fluency in both English and Polish, both spoken and written.
