Accountant with French and Procurement Expertise

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve outstanding accounting cases, including rejected invoices and statements of accounts.
  • Provide coding and approving invoice exceptions, support transactions, and resolve issues.
  • Follow up and resolve open balances and inquiries.
  • Resolve rejection failures in payments.
  • Review and approve vendor master data changes.
  • Support the recording and reconciliation of T&E costs.
  • Debit balances and overpayment recoveries.
  • Support Velux Operations India (VOI) in handling deviations to standard process flows.
  • Support VELUX employees from specific locations with accounting and payment issues.
  • Handle and resolve questions and issues raised by our business units related to Procure to Pay and Vendor Master Data.

Your Qualifications

  • Understanding of financial accounting and its principles.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting.
  • Good knowledge of Excel.
  • Very good communication skills in both English and French (minimum B2 level).
  • Ability and willingness to learn.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and flexible.
  • Great communication skills and a constructive mindset towards challenges.
  • Feeling of ownership and responsibility for tasks.
  • Team player with a can-do attitude.
