Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Global Supplier Development Engineer to join our team at Stryker Corporation.
In this role, you will lead supplier quality control activities and drive process improvements at Stryker sites across the globe.
You will collaborate with procurement, site quality, regulatory, and regional supplier quality teams on strategic initiatives and sustaining activities.
The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a science, engineering, or related discipline and 3+ years of experience in supply management, quality, or engineering within a regulated industry.
Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of German or French is an added asset.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills to relay technical information to internal teams and external stakeholders.
You will be responsible for developing processes that build quality into our products, driving a culture of continuous improvement, and supporting Stryker's mission and strategic goals.
Skill Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in supply management, quality, or engineering within a regulated industry
- Fluency in English, knowledge of German or French an asset
- Strong communication skills to relay technical information
- Ability to develop and implement processes that build quality into products
- Culture of continuous improvement and ability to support Stryker's mission and strategic goals
