This role involves managing and overseeing payroll processes, standardizing and streamlining processes across systems, implementing and maintaining control execution and KPI reporting, and collaborating with stakeholders and vendors to identify and implement process improvements.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in payroll software and systems.
A bachelor's or master's degree in finance, human resources, business administration, or a related field is required, along with proven experience in payroll management, including working with in-sourced payroll systems (Workday preferred) and external vendors.
