About the Role

This position will lead and manage all marketing activities by formulating and implementing the advertisement and promotion strategy for the assigned portfolio in Poland and other Mapletree assets across the European portfolio, working closely with the UK-based Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Responsible for budgeting and tracking of expenditure for management reporting purposes.
  • Create marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan.
  • Oversee and approve marketing materials, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies.
  • Provide strong strategic leadership in coaching the team to formulate and implement events, media awareness, PR, loyalty programs, and social media campaigns.
  • Maintain a good network of advertising, public relations, and media agencies as well as manage tenant and external partners.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to inform marketing decisions.
  • Develop business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and make recommendations on marketing tactics.
  • Pose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications.
  • Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead flow, LTV, and retention.
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business or similar field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing in the real estate industry, with experience in logistics and commercial sectors being an advantage.
  • Excellent command of English language.
  • Strong strategic planning skills, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record of performing well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Independent, meticulous, resourceful, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking.
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
