About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to join our team in TN Poland. As a key member of our commercial function, you will be responsible for managing and controlling the commercial performance of internal and external Major Project annual campaigns for Offshore Wind Farms.
- You will ensure that financial results according to set targets are managed with due professional care and optimize project gross profit, cash flow, and assets and financing instruments.
- Ensure accuracy of project books and records, including recording in appropriate systems, e.g. SAP, ensuring compliance with Financial Reporting Guidelines and local GAAP requirements.
- Manage all related Project Reporting and Controlling activities.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor or master's degree or a successfully completed commercial apprenticeship with multiple years of work experience.
- Multiple years of experience in a commercial function, ideally in the area of commercial project management.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, together with SAP.
- Ability to work independently and organized while bringing great communication skills within the team.
- Detail-oriented and hands-on mindset with a desire to work proactively.
- An analytical mindset.
