Your primary duties include:

  2. Lead IT projects: Manage and deliver IT projects related to talent and learning applications and integrations, meeting deadlines and adhering to budget constraints.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with HR, Learning and Development, and other business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.
  4. Develop and maintain integrations: Design, develop, and maintain integrations between talent and learning applications and other systems within the organization.
  5. Enhance system performance: Continuously improve the performance, usability, and effectiveness of talent and learning systems.
  6. Gather requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  7. Communicate effectively: Establish and maintain effective communication channels with project stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
  8. Vendor management: Engage with external vendors and manage vendor relationships, collaborating to deliver high-quality solutions.
  9. Data management: Collaborate with data analytics teams to ensure accurate and timely data integration, extraction, transformation, and reporting.
  10. Security compliance: Ensure that talent and learning systems comply with data privacy and security standards.

You must possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science. A master's degree is advantageous.
  • 5+ years of experience as an IT Application Manager or similar role, preferably in the talent management or learning and development domain.
  • Strong understanding of HR Domain topics, including talent management and learning processes and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills are essential.
  • Analytical skills are required to connect data and processes to create and manage IT Solutions.
  • Proficiency in API integration and advanced MS Excel & Power BI for Data Analytics & Reporting.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based technologies (Azure) and services.
