The Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Event Coordinator and Customer Advocate to join our team. As part of our Growth Marketing Team, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on events, as well as building and managing a customer advocacy program.

The ideal candidate will have experience with B2B physical and digital events, customer advocacy programs, strong organisational skills, excellent communication and teamwork skills, great resilience, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of the capital markets landscape is also desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute all marketing events, including industry conferences, in-house, and digital events.
  • Conduct preliminary event research and coordinate event communications across customers, prospects, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Source and order materials for events, ensure data hygiene, prepare and track event budgets, and monitor event effectiveness.
  • Design, implement, and manage a customer advocacy program that turns loyal customers into passionate brand ambassadors.
  • Identify and engage with existing customers who are advocates or have the potential to become advocates.
  • Develop strategies for generating referrals and create systems that track and reward customer referrals.
