Job Description

The Commercial Project Manager manages and controls the commercial performance of Long Term Maintenance Contracts for Offshore Wind Farms. Ensuring financial results according to set targets are managed with due professional care and optimizing project gross profit, cash flow, and assets and financing instruments.

  • Ensures accuracy of project books and records, including recording of such in appropriate systems, e.g. SAP - ensures compliance with Financial Reporting Guidelines plus local GAAP requirements.
  • Ensures all related Project Reporting and Controlling activities.
  • Compiles annual budgets and regular financial forecasts and delivers upon them.
  • Actively communicates with customer's commercial representatives and manages solving of commercial issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A bachelor or master's degree or a successfully completed commercial apprenticeship with multiple years of work experience.
  • Multiple years of experience in a commercial function, ideally in the area of commercial project management.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, together with SAP.
  • An analytical mindset.
  • Fluency in English.
