We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller with German expertise to join our team in Wrocław, Poland. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of cash allocation, cash management, credit management, and AR master data management.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Process full cycle of cash allocation, cash management, credit management, and AR master data management.
  2. Maintain credit limits for each customer in the system, complying with Credit Insurance company and Bank Guarantees.
  3. Apply and check credit limits.
  4. Review and release daily delivery blocks.
  5. Daily monitoring of payments.
  6. Collect all outstanding items due on assigned accounts.
  7. Manage disputes and discrepancies.
  8. Prepare various credit and collection documentation.
  9. Perform other receivables activities, such as invoices/credit notes checks, recharges, collections calls, and dunning preparation.
  10. Reconcile and analyze account balances during month-end process.
  11. Interact with customers regarding Accounts Receivable financial documents.
  12. Support internal control testing and prepare relevant documentation.
  13. Support the transition of local AR processes to the service center.

Your Qualifications

  1. Master's degree in economics or business administration with a major in accounting.
  2. Proficient in business German and English.
  3. Good organizational and coordination skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  4. Ability to work in teams, under pressure, and within all deadlines.
  5. Demonstrating a good understanding of financial accounting, reporting, and internal control is an advantage.
  6. Previous experience in a Financial Shared Services for a global company is an asset.
  7. Openness to continuous improvement, willingness to address innovative ideas, and openness to feedback.
  8. Experience in supporting process transitions.
  9. Willingness for international travel activities.
  10. Extensive knowledge of MS Office.
