Job Description

The Service Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and planning functions. This position requires someone with excellent stakeholder skills, experience working in complex environments, and proficiency in using SAP.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and deploy qualified resources to meet departmental execution requirements.
  • Manage training certification and expiry dates for technicians and subcontractors.
  • Collaborate with customer and project managers to optimize scheduling and work patterns.
  • Support finance teams with purchase orders and invoice approvals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working in a logistics/planning function.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A basic understanding of the wind industry and Siemens turbine types.
