As a Product Expert at Haleon, you'll be responsible for partnering with Legal and Compliance business teams as well as cross-functional Tech teams to drive ongoing enhancements for Tech products within their domain, aligning with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with third-party providers, developers, and internal partners to perform technical configuration and customization of solutions to meet our customers' needs and deliver an excellent user experience.
2. Participate in technical governance and oversight of product development.
3. Support the Product team in evaluating technology solutions and collaborating with vendors to influence future enhancements.
4. Manage and assess incoming demands as part of the product backlog.
5. Ensure that all products supporting the business comply with internal security and risk management policies.
6. Adhere to external regulatory and statutory requirements (e.g., GxP, SARBOX), as well as safeguarding sensitive data according to Haleon's policies and processes.
7. Establish Tech continuity plans for critical business products.
8. Manage change and release activities, including Software as a Service (SaaS) updates, in the production service and ensuring compliance.
9. Optimize data flow between upstream and downstream systems through secure and accurate integrations.
10. Engineer and construct drill-down dashboards and reporting capabilities for both operational and analytical reporting.
