Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Analyst to join our team at McCormick & Company. As a Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for preparing and updating various changes for employee pay, including bank details updates, bonuses, and absences, for multiple locations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Prepare and update payroll changes for 3 locations (Poland, UK, France) on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare monthly payroll for approval.
  • Respond to employee and business queries.
  • Prepare and submit tax and third-party payments.
  • Participate in basic testing for payroll regulatory changes.

Candidate Profile

  • Administration/Accounting/Finance/Business degree.
  • 1 year+ of experience in payroll.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Advanced competency with Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • SAP experience preferred.
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills.
  • Proven analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in an international, matrix environment.
