We are looking for a highly skilled Junior System Support Specialist to join our team in Warsaw. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our global infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have experience in engineering and support in a Service and Operations environment, as well as a good understanding of relevant fields of expertise such as Infrastructure, VMware, Server OS, AD, PKI, SSO, etc.

You will be expected to demonstrate excellent communication skills, both oral and written, as well as a thorough knowledge of the business and technical aspects of the area being supported.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Taking ownership of incidents, problems, and other requests for support and determining the appropriate action to take.
  • Progressing requests for support and ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed.
  • Liaising with systems development staff and software suppliers on the development of system enhancements to overcome known problems.
  • Providing technical expertise to enable the correct application of operational procedures.
  • Ensuring all tasks and procedures are carried out effectively and efficiently to agreed levels of service or specific requirements of Service or Operational level agreements.
  • Documenting all work using required standards, methods, and tools, including prototyping tools where appropriate.
  • Problem Solving & Analysis – The ability to take information provided and use it to analyse and resolve issues related to a reported problem.
  • Ability to work independently and without supervision or as part of a team in all activities relating to assigned tasks or support needs of Applications Operations.
