The Role

We're seeking a seasoned Product Manager to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you'll be responsible for managing customer requirements, driving product development, and ensuring seamless communication between technology, architecture, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer requirements and adapt existing solutions to meet their needs.
  • Verify technical feasibility of introducing changes to the system.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and specify requirements.
  • Prepare mock-ups and UX designs to validate product development directions.
  • Manage product backlogs, set priorities, and goals for sprints.
  • Motivate development teams and assess implementation of subsequent product development stages.
Requirements:
  • Practical knowledge of software development.
  • Experience in a similar role, working with business clients.
  • Education in the field of IT (desirable).
  • Strong analytical mind and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to identify business and technological aspects necessary for product development.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong English command (required).
