We are seeking an experienced Cloud Integration Expert to lead our team's Salesforce integration efforts.

This role involves designing and developing robust Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring seamless connectivity and data consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the integration of Salesforce with various third-party APIs
  • Develop scalable Salesforce solutions to meet business needs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver optimal integrations
  • Oversee the development lifecycle, from design through deployment
  • Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce integrations
  • Optimize integration processes for scalability and performance
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals
  • Mentor junior developers and guide them through complex technical challenges
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followed
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Salesforce development and integration role
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and integration with various third-party APIs
  • Knowledge of other system integrations
  • Background in developing scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to different audiences
  • Understanding of various data models
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration problems
  • Leadership skills to manage development projects and mentor less experienced developers
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project priorities and timelines
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
