Senior .NET Software Engineer

ITDS Polska Sp. Z O.o. is seeking a skilled Senior .NET Software Engineer to join our team in Krakow, Poland. This full-time opportunity offers a competitive salary of 120,000 - 150,000 PLN per annum, along with a range of benefits including flexible working hours, remote work options, and access to professional development resources.
About the Role:
We are looking for a talented software engineer with expertise in C#, .NET ecosystem, and Microsoft SQL Server. The ideal candidate will have experience with MVC, Web API, and RESTful service architectures, as well as proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively are essential for this role.
About the Project:
This project involves replacing an existing SharePoint site with a greenfield solution called Com Pass, designed to manage new joiners and workforce-related tasks. As a Senior .NET Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining the application's features while ensuring performance optimization and seamless productization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining features for the Com Pass application
- Translating application requirements into functional, efficient code
- Ensuring high-quality and reusable C# code
- Collaborating with testers to support application testing and bug fixing
- Identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks and system issues
- Maintaining application performance, scalability, and responsiveness
- Supporting the productionization of the .NET-based solution
- Utilizing front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery for UI development
- Working with SQL Server for database design and optimization
- Utilizing code versioning tools such as GIT for source code management
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem
- Experience with .NET 6 or newer versions
- Expertise in database management using Microsoft SQL Server
- Familiarity with MVC, Web API, and RESTful service architectures
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles
- Knowledge of software design patterns and architectural principles
- Experience with code versioning tools, especially GIT
- Ability to implement unit tests and work with automated testing frameworks
