- Work closely with the Service Delivery team and Action Owners to ensure compliance with contractual obligations related to IT/BPO contracts.
- Address contractual queries from engagement stakeholders in case of ambiguity and provide clarity on contract language.
- Maintain compliance with company guidelines, purchasing policies, and procedures.
- Deliver high-quality, professional service to clients in accordance with agreed SLAs/KPIs.
- Upper-intermediate English and Italian (B2).
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English.
- Ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and tasks to accomplish goals.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service skills and client-focus attitude.
- Attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills.
