Key Responsibilities:

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for creating a procurement policy and supervising its implementation, planning the purchase budget and supervising its implementation, conducting purchasing processes through market analysis, searching for new suppliers, negotiating, preparing contracts, and then controlling their implementation.

Key Skills:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in a large company,
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, which will be a significant asset,
  • Higher education,
  • Ability to manage team,
  • Skills in conducting trade negotiations,
  • Communication skills and assertiveness,
  • Focus on achieving goals,
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written English.

  • Professionalism in building relationships with contractors,
  • Very good organization of work,
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends,
  • Resistance to stress and the ability to make changes with a focus on achieving goals,

  • Reliability and consistency in the performance of the tasks entrusted to them.
