Key Responsibilities
- Data Replication Solutions: Design and build a stable, scalable, near real-time, and reliable BMC Helix data replication solution.
- Data Architecture: Develop and maintain data architecture to ensure complete data collection and quality while adhering to best practices.
- Data Pipelines: Design, build, test, and maintain data pipelines.
- Troubleshooting and Innovation: Troubleshoot issues and introduce innovations in data processing.
- SAFe Scrum Team Collaboration: Work within a SAFe Scrum Team with aligned autonomy.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert and advise IT and business stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- IT Service Management Experience: Experience in IT Service Management data integrations (preferably BMC Helix).
- Data Warehousing Knowledge: Knowledge of data warehousing, data storage, data security, and ETL systems (SSIS, Snowflake).
- Programming Skills: Hands-on experience with SQL (preferably T-SQL) and Python.
- CI/CD Tools: Experience with CI/CD (Bamboo, Jenkins).
- Databases: Familiarity with databases such as MS SQL Server, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Dataverse.
- Lean-Agile Methodologies: Certification or experience with Lean-Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
- Educational Background: A master's degree in Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- ITIL Foundation: ITIL Foundation certification or proven IT Service Management experience.
- Language: Fluency in English.
