We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to join our team at Square One Resources Sp. z o.o. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in developing reports and dashboards, as well as familiarity with working with databases and pulling data from multiple sources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI and other BI tools
  • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple data sources and schemas, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Optimize data models and queries for performance, ensuring that reports are delivered in a timely and efficient manner
  • Administer and manage access permissions for BI tools, ensuring proper data security and compliance with company policies
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data inconsistencies, reporting errors, or performance bottlenecks
  • Continuously improve and automate reporting processes, ensuring scalability and ease of use for end users

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Power BI for developing reports and dashboards
  • Familiarity with working with databases and pulling data from multiple sources
  • Basic knowledge of SQL for querying data and optimizing performance
  • Understanding of data access management and security
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with teams
