As a Legal Counsel at OP Mobility, you will be part of the Lighting business group in Krakow, Poland. The position reports directly to the OPmobility Lighting & Modules Business Legal Manager and is responsible for assisting Sales, Purchasing, R&D/R&I in drafting, revising, and negotiating contracts with automotive customers, suppliers, and partners.

The role requires providing legal support to ensure OP Mobility operates within the law at all times. This involves facilitating business strategies development by offering options and clarity under the law, limiting legal and contractual risk exposure, and contributing to the overview of any legal operational issues arising in all sites of the OP Mobility business group.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Master's Degree in law from a reputed law university, ideally completed by a LL.M or a business school diploma. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a law firm or in the legal department of an international company in legal operations matters is also required.

Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing, is essential. German language proficiency is a plus, while knowledge of French is highly appreciated. Strong communication skills, organized approach, and team spirit are key qualities for this position.
