Salary: 25200 - 28560 PLN (150 - 170 PLN/h) + VAT

About the Project

This role involves working with a global data team on Global Data & AI initiatives in the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Determine user requirements and develop close relationships with the development team.
  • IDentify and engage relevant stakeholders at the right moment.
  • Highlight the value of the user journey and the problems it addresses.
  • Translate platform managers' strategies into actionable tasks for the development team.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Guide the development team to deliver user value.
  • Develop a framework for managing operational and development tasks within the team to scale access management.
Requirements

To be successful in this position, you should have:

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in computer science, engineering, software development, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a product owner in DevOps teams, utilizing agile methodologies and product management practices.
  • More than 7 years of practical experience in data management, data governance, and access management using roles or attributes.
  • Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, particularly within complex organizational environments.
  • Experience in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals or finance is a plus.
  • Ability to understand complex technical issues, form well-informed opinions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders of varying technical backgrounds.
  • Experience or a strong interest in working within regulated industries and understanding their complexities.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
