Key Responsibilities

As a technical support specialist for international clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and resolving technical issues efficiently.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Resolving customer queries and concerns via phone, email, or chat
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
  • Providing training and support to junior team members

To excel in this role, you must have strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. Fluency in Norwegian (C1 level) and English (B2 level) is required, as well as at least 6 months of experience in technical support.
