Role Summary

As a Mobile Engineering Manager at Box, you will lead a team of experienced engineers in Warsaw, driving the development of highly collaborative and engaging products that transform workforces. You will work closely with product and design teams to build and test innovative ideas at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of experienced mobile engineers in Warsaw
  • Organize stand-ups, sprint planning, technical discussions, and work for the team
  • Develop team members via 1:1s, career planning, and coaching discussions
  • Define team objectives and key results, ensuring alignment with Box's business goals
  • Define the team's roadmap, execution plans, and take ownership of delivery
  • Drive engineering excellence through measuring and honing quality and development practices

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams
  • 5+ years of technical experience, including 1+ years building mobile applications
  • Ability to build alignment and execute on new technical ideas
  • People-oriented leadership style
  • Passion for all things mobile and a desire to raise the bar
